$250 deposit due at time of booking, Deposit is non -refundable for cancellations. Deposit secures your event date. In the event that damages occur or renter fails to clean up after event, Lakeside Timber Events to keep your deposit. Clean up includes: obtaining items used for decorating (flowers, banners, signs, etc.), personal items, and any trash put into provided bags. Lakeside Timber Events provides trash bag pickup/ take off. Deposit will be returned if all requirements are met in the form of check.
